About the Project

Dubai Hills Estate is a mixed-use master-planned community built around an 18-hole championship golf course. Emaar Properties showcased the development through a Street of Dreams project — a small community of fully-furnished model villas open to public viewing. The 2.5 kilometre entrance road to the estate is lined with lush green gardens on either side.
