Dubai Hills Estate – Splash Park, Wave Pool and Skate Parks

About the Project

Dubai Hills Estate is an exclusive mixed-use development in Mohammad Bin Rashid City. Amenities include a Splash Park for children and toddlers with slides, a puddle pool and water activities, and a Wave Pool designed to replicate a beach seaside for safe play. Two newly constructed skateparks cater to different skill levels — one exclusively for children with mild transitions, and a second for adults and teenagers featuring a street plaza section and a transition section with bowls for advanced skateboarders.
