About the Project

Dubai Parks and Resorts is the largest theme park and leisure destination in the Middle East, comprising four major theme parks: Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai, Legoland Waterparks Dubai, and Legoland Dubai. The development also hosts Lapita Hotel Dubai, Legoland Hotel Dubai, and Riverland Dubai, an open-air dining and retail destination. Visitors have a choice of over one hundred rides and attractions.

Proscape's Scope of Work

Large-scale supply of plants to the entire DXB Entertainments venture, procuring over 2,000 palms, 25,000 trees and 2.6 million shrubs, ground covers and grass sourced locally and overseas. Proscape specially imported a 12-metre tall Rain Tree (Samanea saman) from Thailand — the largest tree successfully imported and planted for any landscaping project in the UAE. Proscape also executed the soft landscaping, hard landscaping, irrigation and landscape lighting for the public realm (all common areas between the theme parks and hotels), totalling 368,900 square metres.
