One Za’abeel
About the Project
One Za'abeel is the flagship mixed-use development by Ithra Dubai, located between Dubai World Trade Centre and Za'abeel Park, marking the exact point where the old business district ends and the new begins. The complex comprises two asymmetrical towers at 304 metres and 241 metres, connected by The Link — the largest cantilever bridge in the world, 225 metres long and suspended 100 metres above ground level.
