About the Project

Town Square is a large-scale development launched by real-estate developer NSHAMA, envisioned to become a smart community covering 75 hectares with 3,000 townhouses, 18,000 apartments, a central square sixteen football fields in area, and over 500 shops, cafes and restaurants. Amenities include multiple jogging and cycling tracks, a cineplex, an open-air cinema, and several sporting parks.
