Project detail
Umm Al Emarat Park, Abu Dhabi
About the Project
Umm Al Emarat is a community themed park with a wide range of attractions, including a botanical garden, an animal barn with a petting zoo, an amphitheatre seating 2,500 people, and The Wisdom Garden, a peaceful space for reflection. The park is home to the Shade House, a viewing platform designed to avoid heat escalation. One of the oldest and largest urban parks in Abu Dhabi, it first opened in 1982 as Mushrif Park before undergoing a major refurbishment in 2014, designed in honour of His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
